2014 Caseload Assignments for All Attorneys in Scott County
The attorneys who contract to provide representation in circuit and superior courts (noted by * in the table below) are all required to accept up to three conflict-based CHINS/TPR cases each year. Beyond that, they can be appointed on a case-by-case basis and compensated hourly.
There are likely additional individual attorneys who were appointed directly by judges on an hourly basis to cases during 2014, however the Scott County public defense administrator is not responsible for maintaining these records and so cannot provide them. (See ** below.)
Note: based on Scott County records, 6AC is unable to distinguish Juvenile level 1 to 5 felony cases from Juvenile level 6 felony cases.
